These terms govern your use of FounderX.SI, operated by Quant Innovations. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

FounderX.SI provides planning, calculation and document-drafting tools for startups. Calculations are decision aids, not financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

Generated documents

All generated documents are drafts and require review by a qualified lawyer before use. You are responsible for decisions you make with them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Licenses and payments

A startup license is a one-time purchase that unlocks editing for one startup workspace. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunded licenses return the workspace to read-only access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or upload unlawful content.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on outputs of the service.
