FounderX.SI is a startup operating system built by Quant Innovations. It brings the decisions that shape an early company — how much to raise, what to give away, who earns equity and when — into one place, so every number on a term sheet can be traced back to a plan.

Why it exists

Most founders make their biggest financial decisions with a spreadsheet, a template from the internet and advice from whoever is nearest. Forecasts, cap tables and investor offers live in separate files and drift apart. We built FounderX.SI so these pieces stay connected: change the forecast and you see the funding gap; change the offer and you see the dilution for every holder.

What we believe

Never invent numbers. Missing facts stay blank and flagged until a founder confirms them.
Equity is earned. Advisor and team shares vest against milestones, not signatures.
Decisions need a record. Approvals, proposals and negotiations keep a permanent trail.
Documents are drafts. Everything we generate requires review by a qualified lawyer.
